Nice Brion-Vega Algol re-issue TV though. I had one from the 2000s that I donated to my broadcast engineering company once analog TV was switched off.View attachment 125736
Thin and tall
I meant the Speaker design, not how the owner ran his cable. The connectors on the back of this 7 foot tall speaker. Are 3 feet above the ground plane.
This looks like it couldn't possibly work.115db @1Hz is impressive. Rated frequency range is 1Hz to 20Hz. http://www.eminent-tech.com/

Bruce Thigpen is a genius and thinks out of the box. The fan blades are servo controlled. The device is also very low in distortion, or so I'm told. Rotary "woofer" in action. Another demo. This looks like it couldn't possibly work.

What brand are these? Remind of the (unfortunately) discontinued Philips Soundsphere models

Actually, pressure inside the box does change, but the pressure of the air enclosed between the two woofers membranes does not change. And yes, it is an old invention by genius Harry Olson. It cuts required box volume in half and lowers the second harmonic distortion.
Literally everything from this company looks like a teacher explained speakers to a classroom full of 9 year olds, and then had them draw their designs: https://oswaldsmillaudio.com/loudspeakers

Missing is the room with the fan-sized hole in the wall.
