Information about this new amp is spread across 3 threads now (this being the 3rd), however this comment was made at L7Audiolab which I posted in the 2nd thread;

Tactile feedback can be faked if needed. What she said? I think it's just cheaper to use tiny switches. less complexity during development. Warranty will not be pricier because they will likely fail after it expires.

So nervous about this, been saving money for the AHB2 but now if the alternative is worthy I may not have to wait anymore. Impatient me wants the review published on the same day as the launching.

Just went in to audiophonics and saw the topping La90, thought the launch was supposed to be tomorrow.

Ahh. It's going to be a BIG no for me.

For about £50 less, I can have a Stereo 200W (8ohm) or 250W (4ohm) Hypex Ncore.
Or for about £60 more I can have a Stereo 350W (8ohm) or 500W (4ohm) Hypex Ncore.

And from a local supplier - no worries about warranty support. Admittedly not integrated, but I have MiniDSP flex already on order which will be my preamp.

This one is not for me I think.

I don't get the i/o - vol control; 3 inputs but no remote...

Not saying it is wrong or bad, but don't get how it fits a common use case

Great i was literally just replying when the thread dissapeared.
Like the looks in silver. Measurments to make many a headphone amp to blush (low gain used I expect) . No mention of imput impeadance though , I'm gussing 1k.
