so, like Atari symbol + packman head
Your logo looks like Atari.
So I'm not alone
MacBook ProWhat is MBP?
Ohhh now I see it and understand !Yes, this is exactly what I'm doing. Again, it's powering up and cycling through modes as connected to my MBP.
What you are missing is the data path on the female usb connector as has been clarified. IVX perhaps you should add a 'quick start guide' in future devices. Like a simple tiny manual. But then again next version will boot up much easier, right.Yes, this is exactly what I'm doing. Again, it's powering up and cycling through modes as connected to my MBP.
Important info is, that this cable combination you will put together (USB C on both sides) is working correctly only ONE way = if you swap the USB-C connectors between Mac and dac, then there will be voltage for dac ahd dac will turn on, but Mac will not recognize the device ...
From your description it looks like this situation. Try to swap cable ends between Mac and dac.

ooh, no no no, the Y-splitter has no data path on the end you used, it is only for the 5V power! If you have the USB-C/USB-A adapter installed to MBP, take off Y-splitter, and replace it for USB-A/USB-C cable(it usually in box with any androids).
