I only sit in the sweetspot and speaker postion always comes first.
Soundstage is usually not an issue as it feels like I'm in the same space as the music, and the singer is sitting in front of me. As I like to say "you can almost climb down their throat."

I would just enjoy after all this new knowledge a few Guidelines for what to do on Roon EQ after I run an RTA frequency sweep.

1. what to ignore , what's most important.
2. How to handle the first say 40 to 120 hz
3. How to level the sub volume to the mains volume.

OK, no problem.
In any case then we have 10+ years of discussion on all the subjects you mentioned and also on Amirs video channel.
For those interested the search fuction of the site works well.
But I'm sure there will be ongoing new sources of info also.
