How do you know the differences are not all made up in your head?

BUT, the “How does it work?” Section says it uses headphones…!!!

What headphones model? Have they been reviewed by a lot of people? And what these people are saying about powering the Metatron Hunter 4025 with a Nordost Blue Heaven AC cord? Is the diagnostic so much better then? …..But, but… if the diagnostic is too good, could it be…. wrong? OMG !!!
