Nice pictures of your audio setup

That’s actually the open baffle PureAudioProject Trio 15 TB, with the native crossover removed (biamplified via dsp) and the nominal W,FR,W changed to WWFR configuration.

The woofers are made by Eminence and the FR is a Tangband W8-1808.

The frame is very nicely finished aluminum.

Very enjoyable. Needs sub support under about 45 hz.
That's what I thought when I saw the metal structure. Very nice! Congrats!

The wide band 49CZ Zenith alnico's from 1957 with compression horns and Eminence H-frame woofers. Deep bass provided by "Bucket Subs" (plans found at Transcendent Sound)

I designed and built these open baffle speakers using dual MarkAudio Alpair 12Ps from 150Hz to 3,000Hz, GRS PT-6816-8 dipole planar tweeter and a front and rear (of the baffle) back-to-back Jamo powered subs operated in reverse polarity from each other for dipole bass. There are two 15" subs in the front corners of the room. Everything goes through DSP for levels, polarity, delay, crossover and EQ. The mids are direct-drive and there's only a single passive 39uF film cap on the tweeter for DC protection. Each driver in the system gets its own power amplifier channel. On the floor, an Aiyima A07 for the mids and an A04 for the tweeter. (The mids and tweeter have 94dB 1W/1m efficiency.) This is all the front end of a 6.2.4 Dolby Atmos system.

Today was an atypical afternoon for me. I rarely listen with other people.
A friend who builds preamps brought me a prototype to listen to. Very funny.
We kept the Pre90 as a reference tester, because we know it has tested and in a certain way “certified” measurements.
We started with a setup with my beloved Piega speakers, then we decided to change the setting. I took out and connected the Infinity Epsilon, (my back thanks for the 93 kilograms moved!!) the music changed dramatically. The very honest Piega with their natural composure could do nothing against the Infinity. They are from another planet, these enormous speakers are truly wonderful. After 4 hours the subjective verdict decreed the winner….
Anyway, I had abandoned them at the sides of the room almost thinking of replacing them, but nothing, today I had the confirmation that they are truly fantastic.
The rest of the setup was absolutely up to par, in fact, a compliment to the friend, his preamp proved to be silent and subjectively satisfying. The rest of the system: my trusty Halcro DM38, SMSL DO300 Dac, ROON via MacBook, Mark Levinson 31.5 CD player.

Stand speakers are Swan HiVi 2.2 kit speakers discussed on this forum. The bi-amped open baffle are Lii Audio F-15's over Eminence Alpha's. A Rolls active crossover is used to low pass the bass woofers while the F-15's run full range.

Bravo! I spent 2 hours early this morning listening to music on my IRS Beta. Almost 30 years later they are still my favorite speakers.

beautiful, congratulations! I almost wanted to sell them, they are quite complicated, but every time I connect them I am amazed. They really have everything, they are truly wonderful speakers. They obviously carry with them to this day that complication of the past, but even now they are wonderful to listen to!

I am not parting with mine. With this in mind I have secured spare drivers and Servo Control box. I recapped the crossovers and had the woofers refoamed by Watkins. Soon I will be trying updated EMIMs and LEMIMs by Apogee / Graz! Ciao!
