Received a parcel from @meta1984
Within 30 minutes, using simple tools, I fixed the problem with the noise in the speakers. The problem was in the incorrect assembly of the cooling system, the capacitor legs were close to the radiator plate, I shortened them with nippers and everything worked.

Do you have pics showing what was wrong and how does it look when fixed?

I tested Topping PA5 II, 3E-Audio A5se, Aiyima A70, D05, A03, B01, Fosi ZA3, V3, O-noorus D1, D3, D4, DA10 - if I had a lot of money, and a whole shed to store the equipment, then perhaps I would not have to sell one amplifier to buy another for testing.

P.S. By the way, the Bank refused to refund the funds sent to your account, because the transaction does not look suspicious, that is, you lied when you said that you are not a client of Alfa Bank, I hope you will deign to go to the bank someday to use them. I do not print money, I would be offended if they did not go to a good cause, but just lie as dead weight. I cut all legs under radiator.

And I insulated the capacitor housing so that it does not touch the PFFB resistors installed directly underneath it.

I have recently purchased D4 amp. This has been a very bad experience.
I think it is a piece of shit. Very low quality build and gets too hot.
Furthermore, notice that this amp does not have any vents to cool down since enclosure is completely closed.

Followings are the problems I faced:
1. Front LED selector lights died in just one day. Now I am just using selector function on trial and error basis.
2. Volume is too low when using RCA input.
3. Overall sound is too shrill and does not have body/warmth.
4. HDMI ARC work with TV but when you restart TV, the amp will not remember volume and initiate connection with full volume which make the arc functionality un-usable. For example when your wife turn on the TV, she have a blast of full volume at the start. [hence without remembering volume settings arc is useless].
5. Bluetooth sometimes have connectivity issues and there is no BT reset/pair button on the amplifier.


I will never buy anything from O-noorus again.

There is no option for return as Aliexpress rejected my request.

Got it repaired from repair shop.

I have also recently changed opamps to LM4562 and removed factory OPA1642.
Sound has been improved. Bass is improved and RCA volume is also increased.

Yes Arc option is working fine. and volume is also working fine.
Just that TV is not remembering last saved volume.

HDMI issue is still there. May be it is due to my LG TV not supporting the amp. since amp is working fine.

My next upgrade will be to connect at least 20 Ampere SMPS power supply. Since I am not getting the same level of grunt, attack and authoritative sound which I am used to with the supplied 48v/5A power supply.

Hello, what is the amplitude of the RCA input signal? The RCA volume is affected by the strength of the input source.

I keep amplifier volume at full and around 50% to 70% in TV for normal movie watching.

Previously I kept volume around 25-30% with other class ab amps.

This is my first experience of class d. I am directly comparing to class ab amps.
Maybe this is why.
