Has anyone been able to get the MDC HDM-2 module to work in their M33. I have tried two different HDM-2 units, in each slot, and none of them work. By the way, the USB MDC module works fine so I know its not a problem with the slot. I had a bad experience with NAD support in which they told me to find the HDMI drivers for the M32 and try to flash the firmware with them. The problems is that the USB service port for the M33 is non-standard (USB B connector) and I don't have a flash drive with a USB B connector. When I told this to support, they told me to try the other USB port which I know wouldn't work and it didn't. When I told them this, they told me to take it to NAD service center. Of course, I was very disappointed with support. I asked for remote technical log in, which other vendors have done, but they wouldn't do this. Reluctant to go to a service center due to COVID. However, this all seems crazy to me since I have a NAD C368 with HDMI module and it works fine -- no need to upgrade any drivers. What would you suggest I do?
