These have apparently been around for a few years, but I've recently seen some traction in interest at some other boards:

http://www.6moons.com/audioreviews/acousticrevive3/1.html (apparently been around since 2012)
Thoughts so far:
1. Hmmm, I have WiFi...which is actually a LAN, too. But these are specific to Ethernet.
2. They the Acoustic Review 3 claims to do transformer isolation....but I thought Ethernet was already isolated?
3. The Pink Faun claims galvanic isolation for 'audio and video'. Is there a difference between audio & video for some reason? And, again, isn't ethernet already isolated? Why do I even need galvanic isolation for Cat 5 cable?
