So disapointed with @Fosi Audio , pledger Nº1256 ( May) both monos are stuck on Spain customs since 20 July , i´m at Portugal... @Fosi Audio don´t provide any solution , and the tracking stop since 20 July. Friends of mine bought from Amazon( Europe) and already receive it pretty fast ... No money , no monos, no answers, nothing...
Your problem lies on the Spanish customs, not Fosi Audio. Thus they can't do anything except waiting. They know, where it is, but can't do anything about it, because it is the responsibility of the logistics company and/or Spanish customs to get this cleared. There must be a reason, why Spanisch (?) customs is keeping Your set of Fosi Audio V3 mono, which I don't know. Do You have any idea, why Spanisch (!) customs is holding the amps and why they are envolved at all ? Did You ask them ? Are the items damaged or the destination address not readable and why is Spanish customs envolved and not Portugese customs ...
Note: Amazon probably got them first and probably ahead of time before every one else...

You name it...

Hi everyone, can you somebody tell me if I can use a pair of these amps to drive a pair of speakers with a nominal impedance of 16 ohms, and a rated power of 150 W.

Thanks!

mono is rather for low speaker impedance up to 2 Ohms, and stereo without any problems.

It will work, but only deliver half the power compared to 8 ohm speakers. So around 60W (1% distortion).

Fosi after all this time must provide a solution . I have no fault of this situation and why Fosi send it through Spain . Fosi doesn´t answer to my messages . I ´m the one here, who pledge , and have no money and no product. Fosi told me about amonth ago to send pictures from the receipt of the credit card and print screen from kickstarter, so they can show it so Spanish Customs. Fosi always said they will assume any duties taxes, the problem is , last news was 20 July...

But Fosi Audio is not responsible for the logistiscs, customs, taxes etc. as long as they follow the rules and did, what they where supposed to do.
They handed their responsebility over to the logistics company, which ist transporting Your goods, but they are not responsible for the Spanish customs and so on. Thus there exists now a contract between the logistics company and Fosi Audio. They probably have questioned the logistics company about Your goods but I don't know what the logistics company answered, if they did.
Fosi might be reembursed, If the goods are lost, damaged or anything else and they don't reach the address, they have provided on their label, within a given time period, which I don't know.

Usually this "hackling" with Spanish authorities might take several month before anything happens. Even corresponding with Spanish authorities might be a problem and might even "take a long time" due to translation problems on either side. Fosi might have sent their goods to their closest warehouse (Spain) near Portugal to forward it then to Your Portugese address. It's close to impossible for me to know, why their products have been withheld by the Spanish customs authority then. You probably have to wait and try to contact the Fosi service department again and again... It might have to do with unpaid duties or taxes or...

It's your money and you have to spent the time to "fight" for it.... Unfortunately it's (China) a Non-EU country, with another (foreign) language, and it might eventually be hard to get a valid answer from them. Did Fosi Audio contact their Spanish warehouse about it. What did they answer ??? Did You buy it through Kickstarter ? What is Fosi obliged to do as a seller ? How did You pay for it ? PayPal ?

If I'm not mistaken, a few months ago, I saw a post discussing about the power supply, the biggest one shared for two amps. What I remember is that this option used to have problems.

Is it still the case? Should I buy a power supply for each amp?

Probably I'm confused, is this is the case, please forgive my question.

Hey i got a question I got a audiosystem with 9 channels and a monoblock in there that is about 20 centemeters wide
It has a black aluminium casing but there is no brand on it.
on the back is a silvercolor on button i think it has been used as a amplifier to put speakers on.
The total lenght of this amplifier is 1.5meters by 25 centimeters.

My question is does anyone know what kind of brand this amplifier could be?
Thanks in advance

This needs a separate topic

personally I would get one PSU for each amp. Sharing caused some stability problems forcing FOSI to ship a special filter with the bundles with only one amp. Which means you still have two external boxes - so you may as well make it two PSUs

I understand completely, but all you can do is keep chasing the third party delivery company!
Make sure you keep every communication via screen shots on chats etc...
I'm glad you are dealing with fosi because I once had to wait 61 days for a refund via Aliexpress due to there ridiculous policy of protecting the seller, but in my case it was anger at Aliexpress because the seller didn't have my funds but it was in escrow via Aliexpress.
25 dollars for a tweeter 61days refunded. In the end I bought off another supplier and waited it out. But that seller kept saying contact delivery company I did and they said can't talk to me about it as I'm not the customer LOL. So apparently I contacted someone who worked at the delivery company (wink) They told me it was missing or stolen yes the tracking stopped dead just before it supposedly to be delivered. I waited 61 days for Aliexpress released the funds, but I didn't care as I used PayPal, but didn't use them to get 25 dollars back, as Aliexpress would ban me from using them again if I went down this route. (miffed emoji)
Goodluck just keep evidence of you chasing, keep the fight where it counts I hate logistical errors beyond your control part of life...... (ROLL EYES EMOJI)

In the 2 cases I had of parcels from china kept at customs, until eventually, they were returned to china, it was because the sender had not provided the necessary documents.
Note also that a parcel coming from outside of the EU clearing customs in a different EU country than yours is, in my experience, completely normal.

This might be the case here or they might have provided the "wrong" documents etc.
I am sorry, but You must just keep in contact with Fosi, to finally get Your money back, if the goods don't arrive in the near future.
Sorry, that I don't have any further help available...

Spain isn't an EU country? ...
I was wondering. I know they were at risk of getting the boot back during the PIIGS, “crisis,” but that was quite a while back and the recovery has been pretty decent. As far as I’m aware, they’re still EU.

Spain isn't an EU country? ...
China (Fosi Audio) isn't.
The original sender / seller has its address registered in Shenzen if my memory doesn't cheat me :)
There is an additional risk in buying from a company situated in a Non-EU country if something goes wrong...

Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, it doesn't really work like that. The purchase contract is with Fosi who may subcontract some or all of the logistics to a third party but that does not in any way absolve Fosi from the responsibility to deliver or refund.

That said if the purchase was through backing the kickstarter project there may not be any legal obligation for Fosi to deliver anything at all, best to read that kickstarter agreement carefully, although I would anticipate Fosi doing the decent thing and honouring their moral obligations here even if not strictly obliged to do so legally.

But it might take a "long" time, to have Fosi Audio get a response from its subcontractors. They do have their own legal system, which i don't know really. I don't know also, what legal restrictions are set for Fosi Audio, if the sale is been done within a kickstarter project and if there are time limits set for a refund, if no delivery of the contracted products has happened (and if the proposed buyer is a foreigner). The 2nd question is, if they really don't react, how to have your claim legaly prosectuted i.e. considering the expenses to have to hire a Chinese attorney and so on...
I - unfortunately - don't know all those legal propositions within the Chinese legal system...

You ´re wrong , Fosi is responsible for the logistics, they paid for the logistics service. They are responsible for all the process till the customer receive the product in their home. Obviously they are not responsible for Spanish Customs, but they are responsible to solve it. One of the premises when they start the project in Kickstarter they told to europe customers , they will assume all the dutie taxes and custom process .
I buy from Kickstarter, and paid with credit card.
