Did your reward status in Kickstarter change to delivered? Or does it still say "Not Provided"?
No, it says "In progress." Right below that, there is a switch button I can toggle to say "I received this reward."

Did everyone who received their amps also received the the email notifying them that it was shipped first?

Follow up on my previous test with 2x mono on my own 48v 10A power supply. This is without the power filter that Fosi will be supplying.

I pulled out my calibrated mic and took some measurements 1m in front of my Right speaker.

1. Both off: 35.6 dBA

2. Both powered on: 40.8 dBa
- The primary noise frequency is at about 800hz which is a spike that rises 35dB above the adjacent frequencies. A second noise spike is observed at 2400hz but it's 7dB quieter than the primary. There are other higher frequency harmonics, but these two seem to dominate.

3. Right on & Left off: 44.8dBA
- The primary noise frequency is at about 1070hz which is a spike that rises 30dB above the adjacent frequencies. A second noise spike is observed at 2100hz but it's 10dB quieter than the primary. There are other higher frequency harmonics, but these two seem to dominate.

4. Left with power physically removed and Right powered: 35.6 dBA

5. Both powered with different supplies: 35.6 dBA

I could not measure any difference between setting the front switch to ON or Auto. No matter what I tried, I could not eliminate the extraneous noise while both were connected to the same power supply. I either had to physically remove power from one or run them from different supplies.

My measurements seem to contradict Fosi's assertion that this is only a problem if one is on and the other is off. Although both powered on is quieter than one on and one off, it's still a very noticeable noise. I don't have a good explanation for the discrepancy.

If I get bored over the holiday weekend, I'll build a couple power PI filters and see if that removes the noise, but no promises.

This is all academic for me as I'm running my amps from separate power supplies. I'm just goofing around for the fun of it.

Surprise surprise! Mine arived this morning, together with 2x Muses opa's. They have been playing for about 1hr now. No pops or clicks with 2x 5A psu. I haven't changed the opamps. Too early to tell if I like them or not. The XL t-shirt turned out to be a 6XL and is the biggest t-shirt I've ever seen, ever.
I have placed them on a DeepCool laptop cooler with a single, silent 180mm fan powered off usb. Heat won't be an issue. Banana plugs seat deeper than I'd hoped, which is nice.

Interesting to see how this plays out with the Fosi Audio SP601 speakers, considering their still trying to get them dialed in. Their latest update from four days ago shows they changed the woofer, and now they have presented their final A/B comparison test until their finalized:

I just received shipping notification, backer #1202.

So I got drunk last night and sent Fosia an e-mail saying: hello Fosi, how's the situation with the shipment?
I got the standard answer that they are trying very hard and blah blah blah.

This morning I received a notification that the parcel had been shipped :)

So they are really trying their best, but a little reminder might help ;)

I've no idea which is the final design - but I prefer the sound from the black woofers.
