Not only did you agree that shipping times were not guaranteed, you even agreed that they might not ship you anything at all.

So is Fosi a bad company for not shipping at the exact time and in the order they expected, or are you a bad customer for complaining about something you were warned about several times before you could even pay?

If you need amps right now, you shouldn't buy from Kickstarter. If you want amps right now, you should grow up and accept that you explicitly agreed to this exact situation.
+1
Kickstarters aren’t for immediate needs.
You backing up a new product by going that route, and the every potential issues possible.
**** I am not saying you don’t support Kickstarters, just saying its not for those who have any sort of urgency.

This thread should be changed to a now shipping thread and a true review thread should be made.

Not really ;)
and I would even suggest to the mods - @AdamG @BDWoody - to put every post about these assumptions in a seperate "Fosi V3 Kickstarter order information" thread in order to not further pollute the V3 review thread.

We work hard to keep the first 20 or so pages clean and Review Specific. However, popular products like this draw a pretty large crowd and create a stir on the conversation side. That’s what we are here for. To provide an environment that fosters discussion about these products. All popular threads will experience thread drift. If you want the mostly science part stop reading after the first 30 pages. We want our members to engage and share their thoughts and opinions. This thread is at 112 pages long. In an ideal world it would be nice if we could keep every review thread relevant to the review results. Thus the compromise of the first 20 pages. Then we lighten up and allow more drift. This is what the majority of our members seem to want. Not perfect comprise.

and soon this will turn into a troubleshooting thread once everyone gets theirs in

That’s fine….. We have AdamG’s blessings to do whatever we want to this thread now ;)
I didn’t give my blessing. I was explaining the reality of thread drift. In a perfect world it would be different. We don’t inhabit a perfect world. Are you volunteering to help us make this better?

It was just sarcasm .
Happy to help.

Well next time we all order a cable from Amazon and it comes the next day, pause and appreciate ;) 699 heard nothing, 2 5a power supplies

This is my fourth Kickstarter, and so far all have worked out, even with some extended shipping times. If you read the rules as others have noted, shipping times can vary significantly.

Given the success of the Fosi V3M Kickstarter campaign, plus the fact that they kind of shot themselves in the foot by complicating matters with a seemingly botched new SP601 Speaker introduction as part of the campaigns "premium package" option, then the endless power supply debacle ensued, and lets just toss in some opamps for good measure so Fosi can have a ton on their plate to manage o_O

They'll make good on their product delivery, I have no doubt about that. Just be patient everyone, everything will come when it comes

I’ve…donated…to quite a large number of these crowdfunding product launches, and in my experience, launches from established organizations like Fosi have always yielded the rewards, sooner or later. Where I’ve had failures to receive my rewards are Kickstarters initiated by individuals or small organizations for only their first or maybe second ever product. I’ve been burnt on those a few times, and at this point I no longer donate to such fundraisers unless it’s a fairly inexpensive reward. My wife and I are out almost $600 on a robotic kitty litter box that seemingly will never, ever materialize. We should’ve known better than to back a company with no previous product to show!

Of course Fosi will deliver, that's not the question.
I would just like to know according to which criteria.
"First come, first serve" is not it.

I don't understand why #1800 gets his devices faster than #4.

Surely you're allowed to ask that?

It was just sarcasm .
Happy to help.
Your sarcasm has been noted. Enjoy your 2 week vacation.
Happy to oblige ;).

We really don’t have the time for this childish behavior.

He thought that a new thread should be opened only for questions about the delivery of V3 mono so as not to pollute this thread.

If I'm not wrong they've opened again the Kickstarter campaign with new pledges and extras!

Any Member can do that. It not something we normally do. Thus my confusion. Thank you for clarifying. Please feel free to open a new thread to discuss the V3 deliver questions. You can then come back here and drop a link to redirect those members who wish to participate in this new thread.

Yes , you are right. I can see with your explanation of your pov, that I could have done actively something against thread drift instead of appealing to authority.
Next time wins ... ;-)
