I am using Audio Precision.Hi Chief, what's the easiest way to measure power wattage sent from an amp to speakers? So that we know how much top wattage is actually being sent to a speaker at the given listening level? Thanks.

This has been no end of aggravation for me and some amp designer/builders! I routinely have to rebuild my connections to make them secure again to achieve very low distortion at higher powers. An interesting and useful lesson regarding quality of speaker connections when using high quality, high power amplifiers!
Better ways, well Fosi Audio LC30 is a fun little gadget with a VU meter that lights up in the dark. An adult bling toy, nothing wrong with that. Plus it actually has some useful practical features on top of that. For $150 Fosi Audio LC30 is perfectly fine.Oh my. Another gimmick meter. There are billions of better ways to spend that money.
At the end of the day, that is the point of the whole audio/music activity for majority of us here...I am going to recommend the Fosi LC30 meter and speaker/amplifier switcher for fun factor.
You just lost me with this nonsense
I hope for Fosi that they verify your age before tempting you to gamble for savings.
Vollenweider?
Well, no. Don't waste $150. Instead better spend around $300 and get a TC electronic Clarity M that has excellent value and shows exactly what's going on. And the bling bling factor is there too.Better ways, well Fosi Audio LC30 is a fun little gadget with a VU meter that lights up in the dark. An adult bling toy, nothing wrong with that. Is that Fosi thing anything more than just a speaker/amp switcher with a non functional VU/power meter?Does the Clarity M have high-level connectors for speakers?

Get one of those multi-room streaming set ups and dedicate a "room" to your meters.I want this, but including this into a digital system is not trivial…
Correct. It only has digital inputs. You can simply use something like a toslink switch after the source to feed it.No, it's not. But my question was about the Clarity M. From what little I could see, it doesn't seem to have high-level connectors for speakers. (I didn't find any pics of the back, although I didn't do an exhaustive image search.) It seems to have strictly a low-level function. Is that correct?
