If for example sound volume is the objective then measuring the whisper is a measurable value but how relevant is it?. Regarding your second point on audible coloration. What do you mean by that and how you can confirm that the coloration is caused by low SNR measurements? how a “whisper” can effect the sound of a “concert”?
