Ask me questions.

You are correct. I'm not sure that the average consumer is fully aware of the choices Amazon is offering them. However, a useful heuristic is that the cheapest offer (and perhaps the first offering) does NOT have local support and is a direct import. A second heuristic is the delay on delivery - if it's a few weeks, it's probably in a container on a ship.
Except that the price from Apos (USA distributor) is the same amount, and the same shipping lead time. Apos would prefer you buy from their online website instead of Amazon; but vast majority of people start at Amazon and will never know (until too late) that they purchased from the wrong source.

IMHO, @TOPPING needs to own up for warranty repair in the USA* when purchased in the USA* from an authorized dealer; similar for Europe, MEA, ANZ, etc. regions. And if TOPPING continues to require warranty work be sent back to the authorized dealer you purchased from instead of just having a regional TOPPING service centers, then TOPPING needs to force their authorized distributor to stop selling in regions they are not able to support.

Also, work covered under product warranty is a defect from the manufacture. I shouldn't even be paying shipping to send defective product back in the first place.

*Edit: And Canada / Mexico for North America service coverage

I don’t know about Apos specifically, but like Amazon itself, it’s not uncommon for a local distributor to have direct ship from the manufacturer—China in that case… same price, same shipping time. The difference is after sales, with local returns and (not always!) local repair…

Exactly — nothing wrong with Apos shipping from China. My point is that Apos is the USA distributor even though they still from China. On Amazon, Apos pricing and shipping is the same as that China distributor, so the comments from others saying "avoid cheapest" and "be wary of long shipping time" is of no help in this case.

TOPPING needs to ensure that any of their authorized resellers who are out of region are making it VERY CLEAR to the consumer that they are not the North America, Europe, etc. distributor. Or, TOPPING needs to take care of handling warranty in region.

What is the DC offset from Topping D70S analog outputs?
I am interested in using my D70S with Lundahl amorphous core input transformers in my amplifier. These saturate very easily from any DC. A solution could of course be AC-coupling with low leakage capacitors but it may be costly and less transparent than precision DC-servos implemented in the D70S output-stage.

Anything related. I answer them as much as I can.
my amp parasound halo a 21+, my preamp hotel rc 1590 mkII/topping pre 90 ,source: blue sound node n130,dac ifi zen dac, speaker monitor audio silver 500(discontinued).....the sound is more power full when I play through ifi zen dac directly to my amp than through either preamp, especially with power match button on on the ifi dac. is it because the volt out is more in ifi than the other two preamp...in my region it is not possible to take gear home to trial...as a result I am not able to upgrade from ifi zen dac to a better one...the resultant sound may not be as louder as the dac

Welcome to ASR. Unfortunately this is a thread answering questions about Topping products. It's probably best to start a new thread.

Are Topping planning to release a streaming DAC, maybe Roon ready? Or maybe just a streamer/transport (without DAC) to offer a networked solution?

Also something with in-built room correction capability would be nice!

I've got my fingers crossed.
