For those of us who know how to read ECG's, there is something off with this ECG. Too far away from the T wave to be a U wave, can't be an SVT, too widely spaced to be an M wave, no A-V dissociation so can't be complete heart block, no PR prolongation so can't be Mobitz I, etc ...
