looking for Hypex NC252MP or NC122MP modules.
I am from germany, so best for me is to find someone from europe.

For and end user the cheapest way I know of to get them is to buy the matching FusionAmp model and remove the module from the plate. You could then sell the DSP module of you've no use for it.

No. You cannot buy an OEM module as a diyer or end user. Only DIY modules (UcD, NC400 ….). You need to prove you are in electronic manufacturing if you want an OEM account and then the OEM agreement does not allow to re-sale the modules. Only as a part of a finished product.
