Not necessarily wild, but our small town in the east of Germany is surrounded by much beautiful and wide nature. Perfect for long walks. The area is not so densely populated, so you can often walk very far without meeting a soul. We love that. Picture is from todays walk.

Have you been there on vacation? I think it's really wild and mostly windy.
It was cold (start of summer there but...) and winds (when they blow,as you see in the pics it was calm that day) can make it really-really cold.
It was part of a vacation trip and I would visit again,mostly about the people,kind,simple and wild as the landscape at the same time.
 
Yesterday in my friends cherry orchard in Northern Michigan.

Lakes opened from ice two weeks ago, now water temp is 9C. Leaves are growing on shores of
Lake Konnevesi National Park. Daytime temp is expected to rise up to 23C today!
