Where did I get the best custom in ears which are Harman tuned??

Hi, I’ve been searching for an custom in ear which is Harman tuned. I don’t know which brand to choose and I’m quite undecided as my I’m not into that much of knowledge, for various . I know only about the big brands and they do not offer that kind of stuff. All in all I’m in need of an suggestion in the 500-1000 euro price range or less.

I think your best chance is to buy a small harman-tuned UIEM and get custom ear tips for it, like what you see here for the ER4:

Aren't all bets off regarding tuning once you re shell them anyway?

Or are those custom tips less of an impact on the tuning than a full re shell?

He wants CIEMs to harman tune and not using EQ? That's going to be difficult.
