What headphone(s) do you own ?

The HD 660 S's are blowing my mind. They have a near perfect frequency response to my ears (they need more deep bass) and they sound clearer than the HD 650's to my ears because there is no smoothness to them.

Well, both the HD600 and HD660 should be somewhat clearer than the HD650, which has a more relaxed sound signature. The differences between all three are more on the small than large side though... and since the HD6xx offers ridiculous value it would be my go-to recommendation. Treble lovers might want to spend more, though :)

Oppo PM-3, Audeze iSine20, TFZ Exclusive King, Nad Viso HP50, Audio Technica ATH-M70X and ATH-MSR7, Roland RH-300, Meze Classics 99, and last but not least, Phonon SMB-02. Phonon is my favourite...mostly because I can listen to it for a long time without fatigue. It has this great detail yet soothing, relaxing, very clean and tidy sound...

For many many years now the HD650 for musicality, and for listening for details the HD380 pro. There was some break in time for the hd650, I think about 40 hours or so until they fully "relaxed", but it was noticeable to me.

Most likely to be the pads conforming to your head and thus slightly altering the positions on the drivers relative to your ears.

Beyerdynamic DT990
AKG 702
Audeze iSine20
Sennheiser HD25
BGVP DM6 (IEM)

Right Now:

HifiMan HE560 (1st generation)
HifiMan HE6 (1st Generation)
Koss ESL
Audeze LCD
Sony MDX-1000 (Noise Cancelling)
Etymotic something (forget the model, don't use it that much anymore)
Stax ESL SR-009

There were a variety of DAC and Head amps too
for now this is being reduced to a iDSD DAC and the Yamaha CA-2010 as Headphones amplifier .. The Yammie will drive anything, I mean anything .. There might be one of the top performing DAC on ASR in the works. Topping? THX AAA? DX-7 for the sake of something new... :)

Back in the days I had a Denon AD2000 , I liked it a lot .I did find the HiFiMan 400 more to my taste. I replaced the HE400 with a 560 which I kept and got an HE6, I kept it too... The Stax is to me The superior headphones ... The HiFiMen : HE560 & HE6, in that order, are my goto Headphones however. . Does that make sense to you people?! ;)

All the money I spent is on the table (almost):facepalm:

I own both the Shure SRH1540 and Etymotic ER4XR(EQ'd). But the XR is the only i mainly use for everything. Might keep the 1540 in case i use my room again.
