Legendary indeed, but it shouldn't be surprising that a professional product developed at the apex of vinyl's popularity would perform well. It's interesting that most of the changes made to the mk7 are for DJs.

Love to see turntable measurements, they're so...wobbly. Much more interesting than some chinese DAC with no moving parts showing a -120db noise floor.

Is the same turntable ... I prefer the mk7 because is brand new.

I really like to see the same measurements in other "audiophile" brand on the same price tag (or even higher).

t parts are not the same, from chassis to motor and its control(ler).

I know, the motor has been redesigned coreless, etc. I mean from what you can see in those measurements.

The mk7 is a great turntable.
