Hi all,

Thought I'd share this Open Source cross platform music player.

Found it while looking for a foobar alternative.

I'm using the Windows version and have pretty good experience so far.

It has support for Subsonic, Tidal and Qobuz too.

I used this on my Linux machine a while back. Great app overall (basically it's Clementine, improved). Killer and essential feature is the direct output to a USB DAC. Have not used for a years or so, and now back to Debian, so will give it another try, just for fun.

Just downloaded it-seems great for radios and local files but appears problematic for Qobuz. Any idea how I can get the multiple entries required to use Qobuz on Strawberry?

A question: Can Strawberry bypass the Windows mixer much like Audirvana? It appears every file I play is at 96 Khz whether is is mp3 of flac or DSD.

Go to Settings > Backend and you can set the Output and Device there. See if that helps.

Mine shows whatever the file supports. See below

I haven't played around with Qobuz or Tidal.

They have forums for support if you want to ask them directly:

Nice.

Wished it would look a bit better though.

My DAC shows 96 no matter the file type.

Check your Windows settings.

Ensure that you set the DAC to your preferred quality. See screenshot below

I was hoping to bypass the mixer, much like Aurdirvana does so the files play at their native rate.
