I guess none tested that yet, is quite new, the Dac is different is not the 9038pro, is the 9068as (same as gustard) so not sure.

Wolf tested it and it has the ESS hump. Been hearing good things and was ready to pull the trigger but now I don't know.

Wolf tested it and it has the ESS hump. Been hearing good things and was ready to pull the trigger but now I don't know.

I have been using the SU-8 V2 for 3 years now and can say I do not find the “hump” to be audible through speaker setup (even after seeing the measurements).

The SU-8s is reasonably priced so I would have gone for it if I did not have the SU-8 V2.
(I have a certain limit I am willing to spend on a DAC)
