RS152 Experiences, Comments?

Not yet measured by ASR, the Infinity RS152 'surround' speakers are on sale at $160/pair.

The design has two front facing angled mid-tweeters which appear the same as those in the rest of the Infinity line, and one rear facing 5.25 'woofer' facing rearward apparently in its own sealed box. Designed for wall mounting, they have a pair of keyholes for doing so. Claimed is a wide 180-degree horizontal field.

What I am particularly interested in is using a pair of these either side of a TV as a sound bar replacement, or a single one as a Center, flanked by either another pair of the same, or a pair of the R162.

Any experiences with these? Thoughts? Comments?

Given how good the bookshelves are - I own both the 162 and 152 - from the line, I'd be tempted to buy them based on confidence alone.

I still have my pair. They are bigger than many other competitive speakers but IMO a fantastic value.

Your review was one of the deciding factors in my purchasing the 152s initially. So thanks for that...

Came across your review and you've definitely convinced me. How do the R152's compare to the R162's?
