Here's an on-axis measurement 30cm from the tweeter. Seems like the dip is still there, would you consider this a room or speaker problem? Is there a possibility that the capacitors in the speaker crossover has deteriorated and thereby causing this dip?
A reflective surface 2.1 cm away from the mid-driver would cause that dip or your mic capsule could be faulty but in your case the dip is repeating at harmonics 8kHz, 12kHz and 16kHz so it's a room mode. Something in your room is resonating at 4kHz during measurements!

It sounds like you tamed some of the low frequency peaks and are happy with the results :) But if you're neurotic like me and prob most other people here, you'll want to continue to fine-tune. In that case, you can highlight either the left or right channel measurements in REW and then hit the EQ button. Then within the EQ page you can generate PEQ filters and export them as text files. You can then use this data to manually create filters in your 10-band device.
