My daily breakfast routine since forever....or thereabouts. (May be hyperbolic)
shredded eggs (somewhat between scrambled/omelette) with cream, chillies, butter, hot smoked paprika, pepper, sliced quorn ham(veggi) and spring onion/grated cheese thrown in at end of cooking, plum tomatoes/salt, homemade turmeric & chilli kimchi finished of with homemade Irish wheaten loaf, breakfast of champions/someone with too much time on their hands.

I have a morning double/double espresso regime as well,
