Picardia (where Hainaut is a part of) is also where the Frankish empire, that led to the country of France began after the fall of the Roman Empire.
Thanx for allowing me to go on a historical tour for a few hours and learning about Roman Empire and its connection to the "Frankish Empire".
I never knew how France really came about... probably still don't!;)

I live in the middle of nowhere in Virginia USA, close to the Potomac river separating Virginia from Maryland. Farms, horses, cows etc.

And I thought BFE had that title of 'middle of nowhere'!;)
Maybe they are in the same county.

Well, it's north of Leesburg in the great wild unknown. Ten miles from any serious shopping etc.

Wellll, think of the bright side... the family will never order from PizzaHut.. unless everyone in the house likes cold-pizza delivery!;)

Oddly, one pizza delivery does come out here. They do charge accordingly.

Grandparents lived in Lovettsville for a fair number of years. This would have been mid-60s through the 70s I think. I spent a fair amount of time in the summers in that area.

Well, it's not Galia anymore, so...

Bergen is a beautiful city, but all that rain almost every day!

Do they still have umbrella vending machines around the city? :)
I haven't returned over there in almost two decades. I hope the Fantoft church hasn't been burnt again!

That's a very complicated and a weird question.
Next question that begs to be asked becomes "Which country really likes audio the most"?
But almost becomes a question like "Do bears poop in the woods?":)

germans are more obsessed
Here's an observation, maybe this is just me (but I don't think so) : It's hard to talk to a German about audio because they believe you can't teach them anymore than they know. The French seem to be more open to listening and learning. Both think that we Americans are babes in the woods when it comes to this wonderful hobby. Oh, by the way, I'm from Central Ohio, USA.
