Yes that is right.

The DAC has I2S input, as well as USB, 2 optical, 2 x spdif galvanic isolated inputs as well.

12 low noise regulators

Ultra low noise regulators.

DAC chip is ES9038PRO in stereo configuration.

Lots of DACs out there using the ESS9038 Pro and a fair number with I2S, too. What makes this one different or special?

4) discrete state of art analog stages.
5) analog volume control.
