Controlled directivity down to 150hz with a pair of side mounted 6.5” woofers (maybe Dayton?). Mid looks like the same they use in the larger RTM10.

Looks like they use platin plate amps with WISA compatibility. I think Buchardt uses platin plate amps as well.

I'm not at all convinced the 8c has audible distortion, but distortion measured in different ways by different people probably isn't comparable.

These look like great speakers, and with the hub are an all in one solution for most people.

Yes. US Street price is $2649 per speaker. We are offering the Stereo Hub for free if you place a preorder for a pair before March 31st at one of our authorized dealers. Orders will begin shipping early May, possibly sooner.

The sensitivity disadvantages in the subbass of a sealed enclosure are so hard to overcome.
Comparing these with double to woofer area, 150Hz crossover for said woofers and a much more powerful amp to the much smaller, ported KH 150 in bass distortion (and SPL limit although Amirs measurement makes that hard to gauge) illustrates that so well.
