So you are saying to reduce the eq on below 500 but leave the rest as is?
You can see Amirs EQ in his review. As I mentioned above, reducing 2.5-4 kHz with 2-3 dB should do it. Below 400-500 Hz you can do room correction, but IMO the bass below 100 Hz should be a bit boosted (not completely flat in-room).

All your nulls are from your room modes. Nothing you can really do about them without very expensive treatments. The one at 33 isn't a big deal, not a ton of stuff going on there. The 50hz null has some music value but more for movies...and the one at 100hz would be deeper except the 50hz one is partially cancelling it out as it's a direct multiple of 50. However, it and the neighboring frequencies are being significantly boosted because of it. You can help combat this with multiple subs to cause cancellation. If you try and boost the nulls it's going to cause horrible ringing at the harmonics and you'll notice the 200hz range will start to sound like a wind tunnel.

I'd try and lower the EQ on the worst peaks and try not to encroach on the nulls at all. This will help the ringing.

Conclusion: Never buy a house without a disclaimer about its acoustic qualities.
