Loxjie A30 noise

Hello guys! I have a question about my new Loxjie A30 amplifier.

I noticed that when I adjust the volume while music is playing, I hear a noise. When I increase or decrease the volume by one notch, the speakers make a "sizzling" sound. Is this Normal?

Hello I also have same unit but never experienced such thing is it same while changing volume via remote maybe it is collecting some static from your hand?
