Did we not do a very similar thread a while ago?

Do you use any of the streaming services? If so they would likely be suggesting loads for you based on listening habits.

I'm looking for songs with a lot of effects, I think someone more experienced than me here could help me, if you remember, I don't have a great musical culture because of my (childhood cerebral palsy) and also because in my village only recently has the fiber internet arrived to be able to use the various sources in a fluid way, on this forum I have met a bit of good music and learned many things, because you are experts and present. Sorry if sometimes I open 3d similar, but not the same.
Sorry also for the misunderstandings I use google translate, I'm not a native English speaker

do you mean vocal effects (extreme AutoTune, for example), or do you mean musical (sound) effects (synthesizers, loops, things like that)?
I like very dynamic female vocals but what works for me probably isn't what you're looking for!
I'll add artists & titles, in case the links I pasted are blocked in your region.

Joan Osborne Spider Web
Patty Griffin One Big Love
4 Non-Blondes What's Up

Well... this is up my alley... :)

>>>Let's start with St. Vincent

If you like more "easy to digest'" pop - start with the album Masseduction, then move back in time to "St. Vincen"t album for more edge and forward in time to "Daddy's Home" for a more mellow sound.

>>>Then if you wanna mix genres a bit, a lill jazz a lill rocknroll, a lill pop - Melody Gardot

Currency of Man is the album you want to head to.

>>>Let's get a more pop - like lollipop - Marina and the Diamonds

Here, I'd start at the begining "The Family Jewels" then jum to "Froot" before coming back to "Electra Heart"

>>>Ok - another change of pace - Sharon van Etten (in my eyes - a female Springsteen)

Start at "Remind me Tomorrow", but there's a ton of work before that album

>>>I'm going to join "Christine and the Queens" with "Haim" - chances are if you like one - you'll like the other

>>>If you need a bit more attitude with your pop - K.Flay

>>>A bit obscure - but the mini album from Your Smith - "Bad Habit" is just great pop

>>>If you don't mind your pop in Sweedish - Miss Li - had she been from LA - she'd be a superstar. Every song is a pop tune thats meant for the radio.

if this is your kind of pop - seek her stuff out - so many great pop songs!

>>>Another awesome mini-album - Angel Olsen's 80s covers - Aisles ... completely changed my view of "Gloria"

Absolutely! It’s great that your friend wants to dive deeper into the world of pop music, especially songs with powerful, dynamic female vocals and unique production. Do you use a streaming service? I suggest a month trial of spotify. It will help with recommendations for you. And you need to give feedback when you ask questions You've been recommended a few diverse styles here already. Which do you like, which dont you. Discovering music is a very personal thing and "dynamic female vocals with effects " isnt as good a prompt as "like 80s era Madonna" for example.

of which ones I like these
Joan Osborne, 4 Non-Blondes, Melissa Manchester, Laura Branigan, Marina and the Diamonds,
Christine and the Queen, Haim, Your Smith, Miss Li and Gwen bStefani.
how should I move, how do I search and what?
