ON/OFF/Auto - very welcome feature
No Volume Pot or no volume control - makes sense for mono for sure, and probably better decision for this class

- Better speaker terminals, decently spaced please
- better, if not totally flat, load dependency
- A gain switch

I personally find it is great this exists if one day I want to add a center speaker for cheap (hopefully) without compromising on performance (hopefully). Also, this time seems they got it right in terms of features (no volume control, some sort of auto on feature -trigger? signal sense?). Looking good so far.

there isn't any back panel pics available yet, but a gain switch with 2-3 gain modes could be great for this one.

Hmm, if they put this out in the sub-$200 range (maybe $150?) then we're probably looking at a lot of clean watts per dollar here.

Can't wait to see all the subjectivists saying it sounds bad based on "reasons"

Makes me think maybe I should keep my big, power-hungry B&Ws for the "downstairs" system and run it on some of these bad boys...

do you mean RCA and XLR?
They have XLR toggle in the front, so should be RCA and XLR both and it's just that RCA print isn't showing properly...... my guess.

In this case, that is exactly what I was looking for
I needed a small monoblock for a central channel and had to get the ZA3 in January.
This would happily replace the ZA3 !

Analog volume controls are never exact. I have been waiting for a cheap tpa 3255 amp without volume control.

We will know the competency when it will be reviewed and measured.
But my prospective is always to look at the product as what it is rather than what it isn’t.

This one is a mono power amplifier with balanced input, PFFB design to overcome common standard TPA3255 deployment anomalies like load dependencies etc.

finally a mono power amp without potentiometer. At this point we await specifications, and the playmate, the balanced preamp. It could indeed be a very desirable combo…!!

Well, depends on the speakers, but if you don't need more watts than the Fosi will deliver... let me put it this way, depending on price and overall performance, (not just SINAD) it might end up being hard to recommend Hypex over these.

They probably gonna use their GaN power supply with 48 volt. If they can keep the price below 200 dollar each, it will be very interesting.

If you look carefully it actually does say RCA in the shadow.

Probably external PSU :/ I hope "auto" works on RCA also so trigger is not needed.
If auto works on RCA I'm buying two.
