Forum Email Notifications Down (now resolved)

I have narrowed it down to a nasty but rare bug in the forum software. Challenge now is to get the support person to understanding and for someone to figure out how to replicate it.

Meanwhile, Amazon is still not responding to my case updates.

Maybe we should make a deal for my company to host the email for the forum
I (my company) have(has) servers and can setup an email gateway for the forum.

I personally never knew that Amazon does email delivery as one of their services, but it makes sense considering all their other hosting offerings.

I used Amazon for a while (very low volume email) however my email was often rejected / dumped in spam folders so I stopped using it.

Amazon lifted the ban and I enabled emails again. The real cause of the bug is in the forum software as I have specific proof of it. But they are not acting on it yet. I have upgraded system components hoping that may, by some remote chance, fix the issue.

Just for your (our) reference, the latest email came to me was dated 2024/06/25 Tuesday 22:39 Japan STD time, and none after that...
