Our email service provider has paused our service due to a strange issue overnight. :( I am working on resolving it but currently, no automated email is sent from the system. So if you are expecting messages, thread notifications, etc., you won't be receiving them.

Issues are resolved for now and everything should be working.

I imagine that includes getting a email with passcode for login purposes too?

See, the audiophiles are right- ANALOG is better than digital!

"Sadly I can't get our email provider to respond to me."

Have you tried sending them an analog letter?

I have narrowed it down to a nasty but rare bug in the forum software. Challenge now is to get the support person to understanding and for someone to figure out how to replicate it.

Meanwhile, Amazon is still not responding to my case updates. :( :(

This site, it's founder and leader Mr. Amir, causing too much in lost sales for the worldwide home and studio audio equipment industry

this is why admin's & moderators should have easy passwords like admin, mod.. etc.
This would be a bad choice.

The site owner would typically have access to the database, and in the event of being locked out would simply reset the password in the database, if no other method was available.

I've had to do this several times with WordPress sites I've taken over (amongst other sites).

But never, ever, set weak passwords for admin / mod functions.
