I Have two questions.

1-No 14 what's the use. How to use??
2-No 18 and 19 vs 17 info : both of them are for references monitor. The only difference is that it should be without balanced or unbalanced. Is this information correct?

1 - It's a Kensington lock attachment point.
2 - Not sure I get this question. There are 4 output channels, 1 & 2 being available as both balanced 1/4" TRS or unbalanced RCA, and 3 & 4 as unbalanced RCA only.
