How did you come to the conclusion that it was defective? There's nothing about that anywhere!
These are devices that customers have sent back within the return period, or returns from dealers due to overstock.
Wolffstore is certified by Denon and sells these devices as “Certified - Refurbished” with a full warranty.
This retailer has been trading returns from large online shops for many years.
