The word "Lautsprecher" says nothing about the number, but in connection with piece it clearly means 1 loudspeaker and that's what it says in the title of the article. It really doesn't get any clearer than that. You could be right - I was translating it - so going back to the webpage, I do see "piece black" in the translation - which I should obviously take to mean "single". As for the word Speakers - it comes up a few times in the translated description :
"Really great speakers just disappear and just let you listen to the music. An unadulterated voice, perfectly reproduced instrument levels in which you can lose yourself sound so unadulterated that you think the artist is with you. That's what great speakers with the most advanced cutting-edge technology enable."
But to be honest I was not expecting to get a pair for that price - was more pointing out that the page has a picture of 2 speakers, and the translated description talks about speakers and the 'incorrect' translation of 'unit'.
What really bothers me is this statement "That website is very deceptive". And that at a dealer who has been working well for 30 years and who is very precise about the number of items included, as can also be seen in the screenshot below.
And the text you quoted is a normal advertising sentence from the manufacturer, which cannot say anything about the number of units sold.
And don't be mad at me, but if you want to sue every retailer in the world that sells single speakers using a manufacturer's product image with 2 speakers in it, you won't do anything else for the rest of your life.
And these images of several pieces are also available for many other items that are only sold individually.
