That is a very bad process.
I have the similar experience. I bought one from taobao and it work unstable with noise. I contact to the seller but they always ignore my message. Finally, they wants me send back M3 and I have to pay all the cost; include freight & tax.

Sent an amplifier with a very loud click in the acoustics when switched on and a clearly visible singing in the listening area in the absence of a signal. I sent the video, the seller accepted that the product is not correct, but it had to wait for the dispute and requires the return of the product, which will almost cost me the refund amount.
Aliexpress decided to refund me half of the purchase amount. I have encountered comments on the same defect of this model.
