3E Audio 260-2-29A : TPA3255 / HA3588 CoilCraft / PFFB Fully differential.

It seems that he wants to drive a speaker and a sub at the same time with one module or something similar.
@salinas if that is what you want it won't work.
Yes its what I want, use this amp for 2 channels who will use the same amplified signal. (I have a passive crossover after this). Why won't it work?
Yeah I use the left signal as a one signal and the right as a second one, so they are two same signal and I use one out for the sub and one out for the mid top.

But u said than if I want to do that, its better to convert the amp in SE, so I just need to put two OPA1656 and to change resistor like previous post ?

I was thinking than what I did was going to work :')

I don't know how well this module would work with asymmetrical impedance, can't find any mention in the datasheet as others have.
In your case I would use one module for the lows (stereo, for both subs) and one for the highs (again stereo, for both mid-highs.
That would allow you to put the x-over (obviously active) before the low's amp and relieve from the rest of the spectrum.

Hi everyone, I don't know if I am too late with this project, but for some reason I can not find a place where I can buy boards for the amp and PSU :-(. Any chance you can point me in a right direction? I am in USA

Oh so you think than this module can't be use in two channel like one channel for a bass driver and on channel for a mid/top driver .. :/

So maybe I need to find a two other separate module for create a two channel amp. If you have any recommendation to give me to buy .. :(

@salinas The TPA3255 chip in this board can do what you want. What is more, it could even drive two stereo speakers + one woofer or tweeter+mid range+ woofer separately if it was wired for that use case (the evaluation board offers this possibility, see below):

Now, I don't know if what you want to do is recommend with this board. I don't see anything against but maybe @3eaudio can answer. If not recommend, maybe you can find another board designed for your use case.

Ok thanks for your reply,

If I can use this module amp like I want, I will do :
- 1 3EAUDIO 260-2-29A SE 2channel 150W 8Ohm
- 1 Alim 250W MP-H250S48

If I can't use this module amp like I want, I will do :
- 2 3EAUDIO 260-2-29A 1 channel by module 300W 8Ohm (like I add two output for create just one output / 150W 8Ohm + 150W 8Ohm) so 300W for my sub and 300W for my mid/top
- 1 Alim 550W MORNSUN LOF550-20B48

:/

Thanks for your help

Ok update of all our missinformation
Here a reply of my picture by 3EAUDIO :

" Good morning,

Yes just put the inputs in parallel as on your diagram "

So I think than I will do that, maybe in SE mode like you said me before.

I really hope than it will work ...

Ok since you got the confirmation.
But you'll still need to use a crossover for the sub,you can't just send the whole spectrum to it if it's passive and without crossover.

Oh yeah, I will use a passive crossover just after, thanks :)

3E Module :

LLC/PFC / Soft Start PSU :

If you want to check my APX555 Meausurements for this combo :

I placed the order with audiophonics. BTW, last moment decided to go with 48V version, I hope I did not make a mistake.

Also, unfortunately they are out of chassis, searching aliexpress...

SMPS600-R2 with the 3e audio amplifier module.

Exceptional sonics!

Are the measurements carried out via Apx555 or Cosmos ADC or other... ?
Let's stay humble ) exceptional is a big word. The Yongzhuxing PFC/LLC PSU @50€ beats the SMPS600-R2

I believe your measurements was made at 4 Ohms?

Because the measurement you are comparing to was made at 4 Ohms.

I cant see much difference in measurements TBH.

Also, the sound with the SMPS600-R2 is way better than the regulated SMPS.

That's what most people confirmed.

APX525 was used for measurements.

Also, you can buy whatever you want, I never forced anyone to buy my products.

Thanks

I'm not here to overshadow you, don't worry) But we have to be transparent for the members of the forum. )

For the rest, the APx555 test conditions are here

Hi, I have a other question, one the amp of 3E audio, can I short circuit theses two out for create a one out amp, and with I will power my ways system in parralele, so I will have a system with 2.66 Ohm .

Is it possible ?

You mean : can we set a BTL Stereo 3E Module so we can use it in PBTL ?
