Same SYMEF type S midrange with multiple layers and textured 3D palpable sound stage. Difference between this and SYMEF type S is that this has multi layered textured highs while SYMEF type S has multilayered textured bass, very few amplifiers can match let alone unseat SYMEF type S bass rendering. However many people are bass texture deaf in which case this is the better amplifier depending on your hearing. Both this amplifier and SYMEF type S are stable even with loss of compensation.
