Hi Amigos
want to share some info on Rev B released recently:
  1. Input Opamp Change to OPA1556,this is due to part unified that we found it perform the same as OPA1612 in another project.
  2. add a optional 12V connector (not populated) for some people that need for power LEDs,etc.
  3. Buck cap change to 1500uF/80V/Nichicon due to 1800uF/63V/Rubycon not able to purchase.

My 480 mono boards received yesterday from Audiophonics have Rubycon, so what version do I have ? Before ordering, Audiophonics confirmed to me it is the 'recently revised version'.
How does it work: initial version/ Rev A/ Rev B or just A / B ?

Mistery solved.
Rev B, but Rubycons.

As it appears the spec sheet has not yet been updated, can you provide the maximum current for the new 12V output connection?
Thank You

After what I saw here I would check every single module and component, rule is that if it happens once,it happens again,so be cautious:

Après ce que j'ai vu ici, je vérifierais chaque module et composant, la règle est que si cela se produit une fois, cela se reproduit, alors soyez prudent :

This can happen in "low volume" productions. I'm on my 4th 3E Audio project, I haven't had any problems.

The advantage of low volume should be the opposite as every single module is supposed to be tested.

On the other hand though I would expect the people who built amps out of them to be experienced and have the way to measure the outcome.
Even if in that specific case a quick look would be enough.

However, I confirm that 3E Audio should check their module more carefully.
@3eaudio > hope you read this....

thanks @daniboun
the solid cap has less leackage current and then the voltage output still maintain normal that we didn't capture during testing.
will keep in mind and improve build quality.

For those who would like to read the complete test of the 3E Audio Rev B Module, it's here:

Hallo, I would like to built a Amp using the 3e Audio modules but I only have RCA on hand. Is it possible to connect from RCA to XLR like Hypex mentioned in his paper, with a appropriate RCA to XLR cable? Or will this not work with this amp modules? I don't think I'm able to resolder the resistors on this PCB.

@Orosei it can,see this
