Regarding the RCF Ayra Pro 8...

A 4dB dip @2kHz ain’t great.

Here's the FR graph from the updated spec sheet from RCF that also includes far more graphs than one might expect!

RCF's data shows it more like a 2 dB dip and broader.

I think that must be deliberate, considering all the claims made for the DSP in this line, eh? It would be a simple matter to correct most of the 900-4000 Hz dip with a couple of low Q filters plus one for the 5-10 kHz peak.

I'd like to see a measurement of a popular cheap bluetooth speaker, something like the JBL Flip 4. Just for pure entertainment purposes.

- Steljes NS1 (UK brand, getting decent review. Tiny active speakers, like the Audioengine A2+, $200 for the pair) and NS3 (their bigger brother, $300 for the pair)

- Those cool looking, 4" active Monkey Banana Turbo things you see popping up everywhere ($250 each).

This might be interesting...

Kanto just released a passive 5.25" bookshelf for US$200/pair (bhphotovideo).
There's no photos, no specs, and no official link from kanto website...yet.

Kanto already had the YU6 (US$430/pair), which are powered, so I'm guessing this passive version will look like the YU6.
