Spotify Lossless Streaming

Trying to put some polite pressure on powers that be at Spotify to include lossless streaming.
Would appreciate anyone interested to post comments at the below thread.

Spotify has more staying power than Tidal. So if they support it, it would be really good. And might entice their competitors like Amazon to do the same.

Shawn Carter himself, Beyonce, Rihanna, Kanye West, Jack White, Arcade Fire, Usher, Nicki Minaj, Coldplay, Alicia Keys, Calvin Harris, Daft Punk, deadmau5, Jason Aldean, J. Cole and Madonna.

The rule breaker for me was Daft Punk, I have Random Accesss Memories (might have bought it used, though), nothing from others from the list, so, I feel good.

Seemed promising and worth getting excited over but when revealed to its full potential turned out to be profoundly disappointing... No lossless on Spotify yet.

There seems to be market differentiation going on where Tidal is shooting for the high SQ crowd by adding MQA (note: I'm not personally endorsing MQA or claiming it actually is high SQ, but it pretends to be), whereas Spotify seems uninterested in that market segment so far.
