I can order it off the US amazon although it's a bit more than I want to spend. The price is not really a problem although I only see myself using it a couple times a month so would rather not pay the 50% premium importing it for something I wouldn't use that often. Which is why I'm looking out for a used one or even a busted one or even one that can do with a repair.

Two things not in your favor in this regard:
1) Q5 serves the purpose very well so not that likely owners want to sell.
2) Not much point in selling a unit at a loss that only costs approximately $100 US to start with (ie not much to gain).
You have no web retailers in your country?
