I spent hours testing and system matching. The WiiM mini is ok for $80 but does not compare to other streamers in sound quality - that is a fact.

I will not waste any more time on this as you likely will just delete the post anyway.

I have a Wiim Streamer and compared it to streaming Node X and kept the WiiM. Sounded ever bit is good. I don't see any reason to spend crazy money for that <5% audio performance one would get with more expensive streamers. I won't go down that crazy rabbit hole. I find music appreciation to be just that. To chase and do endless comparisons is fine for those who just like spending money chasing the < 5% improvements that really don't justify the cost. That goes for all audio gear in my book.

Just got an upgrade to our Wiim Minis which now has 10(!) PEQ channels although not split into left and right, but still.
As I posted before, a couple of powered speakers, a Wiim Mini, REW and a mic could make a very impressive stereo system for not a lot of money.
