Airpod doesn't go in the ear canal it rests in the concha.
Have used earbuds in the past and found out.
A: they don't sound great.
B: when one of them fits in my left ear it won't stay properly in place on the left ear.
C: am not an apple aficionado.

ER-4S. Those came out with ear wax all over them. Especially if you used the foam tips.

I wore foam earplugs every day at work for years. I found that removing them at the end of the day would pull out any earwax buildup.

My mother told me never to put anything smaller than my elbow in my ears when I was 7. I spent an hour or so trying to figure out how to stick my elbow in my ear...
