Just looking at the gear I own:

Speakers (Dynaudio): Danish
Subwoofers (Martin Logan): American / Canadian
Turntable: (Michell Gyro SE): British
Tonearm (SME, Jelco): British, Japanese
SUT (Hashimoto, Lundahl): Japanese, Swedish
Cartridge (Audio Technica, Nagaoka): Japanese
Reel to Reel (Revox): Swiss
Electronics (Devialet): French

I guess the only significant "audio nations" I'm missing are Germany [forgot about my RME ADI-2 Pro in the office], Netherlands and maybe Korea (if Korea counts as a major audio nation)

How does your gear break down?

Very few products today come from a single country so it is hard to say.

USA (speakers, DAC, CDP, preamp, amps, integrated amp, electronic XO, TT, subs, own server)
Switzerland (phono cartridge and phono preamp)
Canada (electronic XO)
Australia (electronic XO)

I know your RTR is an Otari, and you have a lot of Mark Levinson electronics, but what is your French preamp?
Primare amplifier. Just looked up and it is actually Swedish. My bad. :)

DAC & power supply: China (Topping)
headphone amp/preamp: US (JDS Labs)
speakers: US design, China build (JBL)
cable: pretty sure Japan (Canare) and US (Belden)
headphones: US (Etymotic)

would love to own a killer JDS Labs DAC, but maybe there is a Topping DX7 Pro in my future...

I try to buy equipment manufactured in the U.K. where possible, not out of disdain for other countries or in to be keeping with the nationalist mental illness that is currently sweeping my country, just to support the local supply chain.

That said my topping dx4 has no uk made competitor, ditto my Allo digione. I’d use Harbeth speakers wherever I was in the world, just lucky for me that the greatest speaker manufacturer in the world happens to be British. Thinking about my grand proclamation above about not giving way to rose tinted nationalism, my Garrard 301 is purely an exercise in just that-mea culpa.
