Can we discuss this tower, please?

Its a little big, but its well made
I saw their xmax its 11mm, nice.

Planat tweeters seems to be behind in thd vs the best dome tweeters, but this speaker have their thd very well controled

Measurements, comments, are welcome
In my country its a very good price, the store have this speaker and the ref3, lot of people going to the elysian 4 and 1 reason its the elysian 4 cost a half of a reference 3

What country?

shame that still practically nobody has measured these speakers, with the Elysian 2 being tested here: https://wharfedale-deutschland.de/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/ELysian2_stereoplay_062020.pdf

I quite like the beefiness and “part of the furniture“-looks.. I have listened to them, and appreciated how wide the AMT’s project. But unfortunately couldn’t test with my own set-up.
I have been with them for 2-3 months, and I really really love them, but you know, perfection is kinda boring. Yesterday, they were changing my bass driver(for free because Wharfedale is awesome), and I saw what's inside! Not sure if I can measure it because I've never done it before, but I have umik 2, so maybe‍

Mid/Low drivers are Scan Speak Discovery:

Despite their "value range" classification these are excellent danish made drivers.
Used the 15M once myself - very nice midrange, sounds good, clear and goes very loud and dynamic! (But the SB15NBAC30 is even a little more transparent and matches a Seas DXT tweeter better from it's "sonic signature"....)
I have the Discovery 26W used a lot, absolutely brilliant driver - you can pay more for additional displacement volume, but bass quality is perfect and SOTA to me. Never heared the smaller 22W, but it also has excellent reputation.

If the Wahrfendale's xover and voicing is done right (as they did whith the Linton 85), and they did a good job with their own AMT tweeter these should be really great speakers!

Mine has no lows. At all. Does not engage the room. At all. Frustrating.
