Wasapi (event) cracks and noise

Hello everybody ! I have a problem with the wasapi event in foobar2000. The google search didn't really bring any results.
I use foobar2000 with wasapi plugin --> topping d90 --> topping a90. When i use wasapi (push) everything works fine. The DAC recognize correctly the files.
Whenever I switch yo event I hear cracks and noise. I don't mind using push but I don't understand why event isn't working.
I tried switching USB ports but it didn't work.

I installed the topping drivers and it worked just fine.
I used it with Audirvana trial and everything worked fine. I decided not to buy it and switched to foobar2000.
I assumed that since it worked fine with Audirvana the drivers aren't a problem.
